Studio Spell.
Studio Spell is a hair salon connected with a café. The owner wanted to bring something into the space that would be interactive for clients, 90% of whom are women. I therefore designed two worlds:
The Butterfly World — representing the girlish, playful realm
The Dragonfly World — embodying a more mature, feminine energy
The butterfly is also a symbol of a sense for beauty, art, and transformation. The dragonfly represents an inner guide, protection, and wisdom. The paintings are complemented by flowers and symbols that further enrich and complete these worlds.
